Ski Trip: Open to the Whole Church!

Solid Rock is going snow skiing on Saturday, January 23rd, to Afton Alps (SE of the Twin Cities).  We would enjoy having a larger group and invite adults and families that would like to come with.  It will be an all day event and cost $50 (less if you own your own equipment) plus one meal "on the road".  We usually set up camp in a chalet and have lunch and snacks and card games available.  If you are interested in going please contact Kirk Vander Pol soon!

CMCS Mission Trip Fundraiser

The Juniors and Seniors of Central MN Christian School (CMCS) have begun making plans for their Mission Trip to New York in March. On Wednesday, January 20th, the first fundraiser will be held. Pizza Ranch in Willmar will provide an opportunity for the group to make $ by waiting tables.  The students will keep all tips and will also be given a % of the profit from the evening. Please reserve Wednesday, January 20th, to come out from 5:00pm till they close and enjoy pizza and support the Mission Trip students. Delivery & Carry out is available as well. Tips can be specified for the CMCS trip. Thank you!

Senior Citizens

You are invited to the Prinsburg community center on Thursday, January 21st at 1:00pm for some friends, food & fun. Bring a snack to share.

Tuesday Morning

Ladies Bible Study

We will not meet in the month of January. We will resume on Tuesday, February 2nd at 9:15am. The study on Isaiah can be picked up in the office at any time. Books are $8.00 payable to Unity CRC. Happy Studying and Happy Snow days!

Helping Hands Mission Trip to

Mississippi in January

Let's finish off what we started one year ago!  In November, 2008, a group of Helping Hands volunteers poured the concrete floor of a small Baptist Church in Cary, Mississippi.  Now, that new church building is constructed, shingled with windows and doors installed.  Let's come alongside these fellow believers and help them finish the wiring, insulating and sheet rocking on their new Church!  Our group will be leaving on Saturday, January 9, 2009, at 3:00 am, and returning on the evening of Saturday, January 16.  Please pray for us as we prepare, Lord willing, to lend a helping hand to those in need.  If you would like to join us or if you have any questions, please contact:
