EVENING WORSHIP

What’s Up With That? #5: “The Exodus Expounded”
Offering: Unity Childcare

Welcome to Unity Church!
May the LORD be with you! We gather together in this place to worship the One who is the Great I AM, the LORD, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Profession of Faith: This morning we celebrate with Peter Meyer as he joins Unity Church, and shares with us what God has done and is doing in his life. We thank God for Peter’s journey.

Tonight: Slavery, murder, a burning bush, deception, a bridegroom of blood, miracles, magic, plagues, a hardened heart, death, and escape - there is a lot in this part of Scripture that makes us say, “What’s up with that?” Check out the insert on some of tonight’s discussion questions and join us as we dig deeper into the Exodus.

Old Testament Challenge Fast-Track Readings for this week (Week 6): Exodus 18-19, 20, 23-24, Deuteronomy 5, Psalms 29, 68, 46. For more information log on to our website at www.unitycrc.org/otc.

Thanks from CBI
Crossroads Bible Institute thanks Elva Post, Sarah Brouwer, Bill & Dorothy Ledeboer, Val Duininck, Roxanne Marcus and Delroy Ledeober for 5 years of faithful service discipling prison inmates. God has worked through their efforts to change lives, and CBI is exceedingly grateful for their work on behalf of the Church. CBI leaders pray that our God will continue to fuel hearts to meet the spiritual needs of “the least, the last, and the lost.”

Support our Missionaries -- No Money Necessary!
The missions team is looking for families or individuals who will "adopt" one or more of our mission families. We ask that the adopting family will occasionally write to and regularly pray for their missionary family. If the opportunity arises, we ask that you will host this mission family for a meal or overnight, as needed. We are looking for people to adopt the Brohaughs, Peterson Sozi, or John Van Drongelen. Contact Sarah Brouwer if you are willing.

Youth group grades 9-12
Movie Night at the Rock on 8th Please invite a friend!
