Morning Worship

Scripture Reading: Hebrews 11:32-40
Message: "The World is Not Worthy" (Pastor Jeff)
Offering: Unity Ministries
Lead Worshiper: Bryan DeGroot

Welcome to Unity!
We have the incredible privilege to go to church any time to gather as people who worship Jesus or want to know more about him. But that is not the case around the world. Many people will gather today in fear and secrecy, knowing that if they were caught in a place like this, they would be arrested, beaten, or killed for naming the name of Jesus. Today we join with hundreds of thousands of voices crying out on their behalf to ask for God’s grace.

Celebration of Communion

This morning we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper together as the body of Christ. Anyone who has placed their faith in Jesus, confessing him as Lord and Savior of their life is welcome at the Table of the Lord.

Age appropriate gospel presentations, to be included with the gifts, will be in your mailbox within the next few weeks.

Building Project Update

The Building Expansion Team would like to thank everyone for their valuable input on the latest design of our building plan. We are moving closer to finalizing all the specifications for the building. And we will soon be able to get started on actually building. Our next meeting as a team with the architect will primarily be for the purpose of getting a detailed estimate of the cost of building and renovating. Following that, we will have a congregational meeting on Sunday, January 7 immediately after worship for the architect to present the plan, walk us through it, and answer any questions. Our goal for the rest of the timeline is that by mid-February we will be able to let out the project for bids and by mid-to-late March we will break ground. We ask for your continued prayers, support, and input as we move forward.
