Welcome to Unity Church!
Good morning and Welcome to Unity. We are so glad that you have decided to join us in worship today. May God pour His richest blessings on you and your family today. Today’s message will conclude the “Crafted” portion of our discipleship series by reflecting on the time element. Discipleship takes time – a lifetime, to be exact. We are pressing in to the prize that awaits us, but it will take time. Today we will specifically reflect on how the Holy Spirit, over a lifetime, shapes us to be more and more like Christ.

Communion Celebration Change
This month we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper on Good Friday, March 21, instead of today when we would normally celebrate Communion.
French Ministry Pastor from the Congo Coming to Unity Church
Pastor Paul Mpindi from Back to God Hour Ministries will be preaching at Unity next Sunday, March 16. We are giving you further opportunities to spend some time with him beyond Sunday worship. On Saturday, March 15, Solid Rock Youth Group and two of our small groups will be hosting an enlightening conversation with Rev. Paul Mpindi at the Rock on 8th in Willmar at 7:00pm (child care is provided).
Ladies Bible Study
There will be no bible study Tuesdays March 11 and 18. We will resume on Tuesday, March 25 at 9:30am.
Sunday School Information
We will not be having Sunday School or Children’s Church on Easter Sunday, March 23. Our last week of Sunday school this year for K - 12 is May 18. Children’s Church for 3 - Pre-k will continue through the summer.
Easter Evening Worship
You are invited to join your neighbors from other area churches for a time of praise and inspiration on Easter evening, March 23. This annual combined service will take place in Prinsburg at First CRC, and will begin at 6:30 PM. The guest speaker will be Rev. Cliff Hoekstra, current pastor of Rock Rapids, IA CRC, and former pastor of Emden CRC. Special music is being planned. The offering will be for Children of the Promise. A time of refreshments and fellowship will follow the service.
Praise Report
We give thanks for the successful (unplanned) gallbladder surgery for Lenore Marcus this past Monday. She is recovering well at her home in Tuscon, AZ. Please remember her in your prayers as she continues to regain her strength
CMCS Mission Trip Prayer Partners Wanted!
The Mission Trip Students from Central MN Christian School in Prinsburg will be leaving on their trip to California on March 17th. We are seeking partners to daily pray for one of the students on the team during their week of mission work. If you would be willing to pray for a student, please contact Mary Ahrenholz to sign up as their prayer partner. Thank you for your support of our students! How about a Play?
You all enjoyed the “Church Basement Ladies” - last year at the Plymouth Playhouse. They now have a sequel to it. “Church Basement Ladies - Second Helping”. I have arranged for a bus for May 10th. Cost is approximately $60.00 a person. Please call Ardy Zondervan as soon possible for reservations.

Crossroad Bible Institute Continuing Education Seminar
You are invited to attend a Continuing Education Seminar led by Dr. David Schuringa on a Portrait of a Prisoner’s Family. The seminar is sponsored by The Center for Advanced Studies at Crossroad Bible Institute and will take place on Sunday, March 30, 2008 from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm at Bunde Christian Reformed Church, 5086 140th Avenue SE, Clara City, MN 56222. Dad’s Belgian Waffle Supper
You are invited to Roseland Reformed Church for a Dad’s Belgian Waffle Supper. Monday, March 10. Serving will be from 4:30pm - 7:30pm. A free will offering will be taken at the door.
Hymn Sing
Emden Christian Reformed Church in Renville is hosting a Hymn Sing on Sunday, March 30 at 6:00 PM. This service of music will include many of the “Old time favorites” that we still continue to enjoy. Gar Jasper and Paul Knapper will lead the singing and provide special music.
