WELCOME TO UNITY CHURCH!
We are delighted that you are here. Our desire in this place is to experience an authentic encounter with God. This may happen in different ways for each of us as God touches our hearts and lives in unique ways. Our prayer is that you would sense the presence of God today and be blessed as you worship Him.

Hurricane Katrina Relief Return Trip

Duane Bonnema is organizing a group of adult leaders along with Junior and Senior high school volunteers to once again lend a helping hand to Hurricane Katrina victims in Gulfport and Biloxi, Mississippi. This group will be leaving Monday, April 2, 2007, at 5:00 am, and returning Wednesday, April 11 at 6:00 pm. We are looking for additional volunteers, especially those with skills in carpentry, sheet rocking, shingling, and wiring. If you are unable to join us on this trip, but are willing to help, we are in need of building supplies, food, and funding for purchasing the materials needed to complete our work projects. Most of all, your continued prayers and support are coveted as we prepare to return to the Gulf. If you have any questions or can help in any way, please contact: Duane Bonnema Please mail donations to: 1809 22nd Street SW Helping Hands Hurricane Relief Fund Willmar, MN 56201 c/o Lorraine Hoogeveen, Treasurer “This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.” 1 John 3:16-18

Winter Blahs? - Lets take a tour

(YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE A SENIOR CITIZEN TO JOIN US ON THESE TOURS!) On Wednesday, March 14, we plan to attend the line play “The Orphan Train” at the Minneapolis Children's Theater. This is the story of the 1930’s during the depression where children were sent on trains to find new homes. After the production we would travel to Owatonna to see the Orphanage museum and hear its stories. Saturday, April 14, we hope to take a bus to the Gospel Quartet convention in Minneapolis. Family groups and quartets entertain us all day. Its great continuous gospel music. Please call Ardy Zondervan for more details or to sign for these two tours. She needs to know soon.
