Classis Meetings
Pastor Steve and Pastor Jeff will both be out of the office on Monday and Tuesday this week to attend the meeting of Classis in Edina. Wilson Brouwer is also a delegate to Classis, and Kirk Vander Pol and Arlene Groen are participating in the Youth Ministry Seminars hosted by Classis. Please pray for the Lord’s blessing on all the work and activities of our regional group of churches.
Communion Celebration Change
This month we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper on Good Friday, March 21, instead of next Sunday when we would normally celebrate Communion on the second Sunday.
French Ministry Pastor from the Congo Coming to Unity Church
Pastor Paul Mpindi from Back to God Hour Ministries will be preaching at Unity on March 16. We are giving you further opportunities to spend some time with him beyond Sunday worship. On Saturday, March 15, Solid Rock Youth Group and two of our small groups will be hosting an enlightening conversation with Rev. Paul Mpindi at the Rock on 8th in Willmar at 7:00pm (child care is provided). And following the Sunday morning worship service, everyone is invited to a potluck.
We express our love & sympathy to Mark & Darla Fischer, Tim & Londa Fischer, Shannon Fischer, Beth (Fischer) & Justin Kors, and the extended Fischer family in the loss of Mark's brother, Roy, age 46. The funeral was held at Bunde CRC on Friday morning. May the grace of God fill your hearts with strength and comfort!
We also express our love & sympathy to Elva Post & the rest of the Post & Apol family in the loss of Elva’s sister-in-law, Dorothy Apol this past week. Her funeral was this past Wednesday at Raymond CRC.
Tuesday Morning Ladies Bible Study
There will be no bible study on Tuesdays March 4, 11, 18. We will resume on Tuesday, March 25th at 9:30am.
Easter Evening Worship
You are invited to join your neighbors from other area churches for a time of praise and inspiration on Easter evening, March 23. This annual combined service will take place in Prinsburg at First CRC, and will begin at 6:30 PM. The guest speaker will be Rev. Cliff Hoekstra, current pastor of Rock Rapids, IA CRC, and former pastor of Emden CRC. Special music is being planned. The offering will be for Children of the Promise. A time of refreshments and fellowship will follow the service.

CMCS Mission Trip Prayer Partners Wanted!
The Mission Trip Students from Central MN Christian School in Prinsburg will be leaving on their trip to California on March 17th. We are seeking partners to daily pray for one of the students on the team during their week of mission work. If you would be willing to pray for a student, please contact Mary Ahrenholz to sign up as their prayer partner. Thank you for your support of our students! The students from Unity CRC are: Rachelle Poppema, Jason Groen, Kaitlyn Leininger, Jake Miller, Cassie Ulfers and the Team Leaders are: Bryan & Sue De Groot, Perry & Marge Breems and Kirk Vander Pol.
Hymn Sing
Emden Christian Reformed Church in Renville is hosting a Hymn Sing on Sunday, March 30 at 6:00 PM. This service of music will include many of the “Old time favorites” that we still continue to enjoy. Gar Jasper and Paul Knapper will lead the singing and provide special music.
Bunde Annual Soup & Pie Supper
The Bunde Youth Group will be having their annual Soup and Pie Supper Wednesday, March 5th. They will be serving from 5:00-7:30pm. There will be Chili, Vegetable Beef and Broccoli with cheese soups and a variety of homemade pies. This is a freewill donation supper that will be sponsoring the youth for a SERVE project this summer. Your support would be greatly appreciated!
How about a Play?
You all enjoyed the “Church Basement Ladies” - last year at the Plymouth Playhouse. They now have a sequel to it. “Church Basement Ladies - Second Helping”. I have arranged for a bus for May 10th. Cost is approximately $60.00 a person. Please call Ardy Zondervan as soon possible for reservations. **Also if there is enough interest we will attend a Gospel Convention in Minneapolis on May 3.
