WELCOME TO UNITY CHURCH!

We are delighted to have with us this morning our Missionary, Ruth, who will speak to us about the work she is doing.

Pastor Steve is in Thunder Bay, Ontario, this weekend, speaking at youth gathering today. He and his family plan to return tomorrow.

Pastor Steve will be traveling to Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Friday to attend the Synod (bi-national gathering) of the Christian Reformed Church as one of the regional delegates. Synod runs from June 8-16. He will be returning on Sunday, June 17.

SRYG: Wednesday, June 6th, 6-12th grade students invited to Chad & Beth Hookstra’s house for a bon fire, worship, games, and a time to welcome the incoming to-be-seventh-grade students and wish our out going 12 grade students well.

Hang on to your life preserver! VBS is HERE!

The VBS crew is preparing for a VBS water park adventure. They are getting ready to "Take the Plunge" and "Make a Splash" with Jesus. As kids move from one whirlwind activity to the next, they will be soaking up lessons that will last for a lifetime. It will be a week of fun and excitement! THIS WEEK June 4-8 starting at 5:30 pm with a meal and ending at 8:00 p.m. Please contact the church office or Susanne Mulder or Nora Ziehl if you would like to get your child connected to VBS this year, or if you would like to help out in anyway.

CRWRC International Relief Training

You can make a difference in the lives of hurting people in the world! CRWRC is looking for couples who can be available some time within the next 2 years for 3-9 months periods as volunteer International Relief Managers to manage and administer disaster relief projects in developing countries such as Malawi or Kenya. Do you have great organizational skills? Enjoy using computers? Do you have a heart for the poor and a love for the Lord? CRWRC will provide training. We will answer all your questions at workshops on Friday June 15 from 7:00-9:30PM at Unity CRC. Please register by e-mail to dalmaijere@crcna.ca

Raymond Society Annual Pork Roast Supper

Free-will Donation going to Central Minnesota Christian School Wednesday, June 13 at Raymond Christian Reformed Church. Serving from 5-7:30 p.m. We will be serving pork on a bun, potato salad, baked beans, chips, pickles, and homemade desserts. Come join us for great food and fellowship!

Raymond Golf Tournament

Father’s Day Weekend Golf Tournament, sponsored by the Raymond Christian Ed. Society, will be held on Saturday, June 16, at the Hawk Creek Country Club in Raymond, with a shotgun start at 8:00am. All proceeds benefit Central Minnesota Christian School. Cost: $40/person (includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, and prizes). We are also looking for team and hole sponsors.
