Baby Shower for Kaitlyn on Saturday, June 20th from 9:00am - 11:00am at the
home of Chuck & Sandy. Kaitlyn is registered at Target.

House Bridal Shower: You are invited to an
Open House Bridal Shower in honor of Lindy Ammermann, bride-elect of Jason
Vander Eyk. It will be held at Unity, on Saturday, June 27th at 9:30
a.m. They is registered at Target, Herbergers and the Mill Pond. Please
bring a favorite recipe. You are welcome to come for a time of fellowship.
Prayer
Ministry: At the end of our worship time each week
there will be people available to pray with you about any item that you would
like to have prayed for.
Baby Congratulations: Congratulations to
Stephen & Kaitlyn in the birth of a beautiful baby girl, Madison. She was
born this past Thursday morning.
New Building Policy: Now that we have hired
a custodian, we no longer will be issuing building keys to all members who want
them. Instead Jason will open the church building first thing each
morning and lock it early in the evening unless there is a meeting or activity
scheduled. If you have an evening meeting please inform April so she can
put it on the calendar. Jason will then make sure the church stays open
and a room is ready for you. The church door which will be open is the
main one in the entry facing west to the street.
The door to the church
office will be locked when the office is closed. Regular
office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If you need to
use the copier, please do so during office hours. If for some reason you
would have to use the copier after hours, you can contact one of our staff
members (Steve, April, Phil, and Jason) who each have a key.
Congregational Meeting: You are reminded that
tomorrow evening we will hold our annual Congregational meeting at 7:00
p.m. Prior to the meeting there will be a Potluck supper at 6:00
p.m. (There are no particular food assignments--bring whatever you wish).
At the Congregational meeting we will vote by ballot on the Proposed Budget for
the fiscal year 2009-2010. We will then vote on the proposal of the
Council that we add support of Kirk Vander Pol as Youth Director to the new
budget. We will also hear brief reports updating us on the various
ministries of our church and ministry activities of our church members. A
nursery will be provided and we plan to have a film or video for the younger
children.
VBS: Prinsburg's
2009 Minn-ia-kota: Make plans now to take
a break from your normal routine! The Minne-ia-kota Retreat on September 15
and 16, 2009, at the First Reformed Church in
Garage "Salers": If you are a garage
saler, or like to scan the Willmar Tribune for "Freebies", keep your
eyes peeled for cans of infant formula (check expiry date) and for soccer
cleats (all sizes). Children of the Promise ship both items regularly to

Central Christian Singles: Saturday, June 20th, meet at the bike
trail parking lot across from Pappa's pizza in Spicer at 2:30pm for biking or walking,
or mini golf if you would rather. We will meet at 6:00pm back at the Dairy
Queen for supper.

Program! On Wednesday,
June 17, the Kingery Family will be presenting a musical program beginning
at 7:00 in the
YATEC: Young Adults Together
Encounter Christ (YATEC), an outreach ministry for young adults will be held June 12-14 at
Habitat for Humanity: Habitat for Humanity of West Central Minnesota is now accepting applications for purchase of
simple, decent, affordable homes available in selected areas. Applicants
are selected using three criteria: the level of need as determined by current
housing cost and living conditions, willingness to work on the home with
Habitat volunteers, and the ability to meet income guidelines to repay a no-interest mortgage. Habitat for
Humanity of West Central Minnesota abides by the Equal Opportunity Housing
Policy and Anti-Discrimination Laws. For more information or to receive
an application, interested person may stop by the office at 4078 Hwy 71 NW,
4th of July Planning: Plans are being made for the 4th of July celebration in Prinsburg. The
theme for this year's parade is "Childhood Memories". Memories of lemonade
stands, little league, drive-in-restaurants. The possibilities are endless. If
you've got an idea for the parade, it doesn't have to be related to the theme,
please call us. We'd love to have representatives from the community driving
their collector cars or riding horses. We welcome entries, such as area Jr.
Miss Royalty or Dairy Princesses. The kiddie parade begins at 6:00pm with the
main parade following right behind it. If you have any questions or would like
