Administrator Notes --The Celebration Team continues to meet and plan our 25th Anniversary/Celebration which is scheduled for the end of next month.
Be sure to keep August 28, 29, and 30 open for the various events. We hope to have a LARGE Choir sing at both the Friday evening and Sunday morning services. Gayle Marcus has consented to direct the Choir and rehearsals are tentatively scheduled for Sunday evening, August 16, and Sunday afternoon, August 23. If you are able to sing, we VERY MUCH want you to be part of this Choir! We're giving you a heads-up now so you can mark these practice times on your calendar.
--We would like to have pulpit furniture and also a pulpit cross in time for our celebration and dedication. We still need monetary donations to pay for these items and should have commitments this week so we can put in our order. Gifts can be dropped off at the office or given to Phil.
--There are a number of tools in the furnace room that have accumulated from our volunteers during the remodeling project. Please claim whatever is yours.
--There are several small cleaning jobs remaining from our remodeling project (such as cleaning/organizing storage room shelves). If there are any ladies who are willing to spend a few hours volunteering their time, please contact Phil for an assignment.
Our Missionaries: Erik and Ele Brohaugh will be in the States and visiting family and supporters from July 20 until Sept 7th. (They plan to be in Prinsburg over the Labor Day weekend.)
They are looking for a car to use for that 6 week period. If anyone has a car they would be willing to lend for that purpose, please call Marly.
